翁诗雅是在Mindshare（传立）开始了其媒介策划的事业生涯。在九十年代后期，网络事业急速发展的时候，她加入了台湾24/7（贰肆柒互动传媒）担任总经理职务。

加入凯络中国并负责全国互动行销前, 她任职于优势麦肯公司，建立了从无到有的网络媒体团队，业绩卓著。她为英特尔，微软，与强生公司在在线媒体领域卓有成效的服务工作，获得了广泛的赞誉。

作为在台湾在线营销事业的开拓者，她还曾是台湾互联网广告媒体协会的理事。

Sophia started her media planning career in MindShare. She later joined 24/7 Taiwan and took on the role of General Mgr in the late 90's when the online business was booming.

Before she joined Carat China she was working for Universal McCann Taiwan and China, She built the online media team from scratch and grew the business significantly. Her online media initiatives with clients such as Intel, Microsoft , & Johnson & Johnson have won prestigious awards in the marketplace.

As one of the online marketing pioneers in Taiwan, Sophia is also a charter member and served on the board of the Internet Advertising Media Association Taiwan.
